WE ARE KEDMA CAPITAL

Kedma Capital, is a leading Israel-based Private Equity group. Since its inception in 2006 it has raised 3 funds. The fund invests in a variety of sectors, including Services, Industry, Trade, Industrial agriculture, Information Technology & Advanced Technologies, Logistics and Retail. The fund's previous and current portfolio companies employ more than 20,000 employees and have a combined turnover of over NIS 6 billion. The fund seeks to acquire control or joint control positions. We works closely with the companies' founders and management teams to continue and develop their operations, both organically and inorganically, through local and international synergetic acquisitions. Kedma’s founding partners demonstrate a consistent track record of successful, value-enhancing investments, both for the fund’s LPs, and equally important – to Kedma’s partners in the acquired companies.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

We invest in Israeli companies with strong management teams, annual revenues of over 100 million ILS, a positive EBITDA and a positive cash flow. We typically buy 50% or more of the companies in which we invest. These foundations, coupled with our ability to think outside of the box, are what we stand for – working hand in hand with our companies to create value beyond the invested money.

KEDMA’S STORY

The term Kedma has double meaning in Hebrew: it is the Hebrew word for progress, and it is also the term for the mythical East, the birthplace of much of the Western and Middle Eastern worlds as we know them today. For us, our name reflects the incorporation of both of these aspects. We realize that our progress, in essence our future success, depends on our ability to learn from our past experiences.
